Very bad experience, as the screening interview was outsourced to a separate company (not from Microsoft).

Questions involved, for instance, "scales and splitting a 20KG rock into 4 so you can measure from 3-40KG," IIRC.

The behavioral interview thus did not at all evaluate my eligibility for the position.
