Process

I applied online in October and received an email from a recruiter around mid-November to schedule a phone interview. They provided a meeting schedule link to choose a date. I scheduled it for two weeks later. The recruiter called on time on the scheduled date and time. The interview was for 20 minutes and went well. She mentioned that someone would get back to me. However, there was no response for a month. I had to email the recruiters to check my status. Then, after another month, I received an email from a recruiter stating that they were already full but would keep me in the loop. By then, I knew I was already too late.
