Process

The interview process involves submitting a CV, an offline code test via Codility, and a short HR interview (approximately 20 minutes) via Microsoft Teams. Afterwards, there are 2-3 in-office interviews, covering both technical and HR aspects. While I did not pass the initial HR interview, this is the process as described by HR and is the same process that friends of mine who were hired went through.

Questions

What courses I have completed.

They specifically asked for:

  • Data Structure
  • Algorithms
  • Intro to Computer Science
  • Another one that I don't remember.

I had to describe how I work in a group project and briefly describe a coding project I have done, whether it was part of my studies or a hackathon, etc.
