Process
It was an interview to convert interns to FTEs. There were two rounds: an AA (As Appropriate) round and an HR round.
The AA round was to assess my work during the internship. The interviewer asked questions about the technologies used and what I could have done better. They also asked why I wanted to work at Microsoft and about my strengths and weaknesses.
