SWE Intern Interview Experience - Hyderābād, India
Process
Microsoft came to our college for an SWE internship position. The online assessment (OA) was conducted online and consisted of easy-medium questions related to graphs and prefix-suffix sum logic. The OA did not have any kind of proctoring (no webcam, etc.).
After the OA, a shortlist was released within 1-2 days. Forty-four students were shortlisted, out of which 75% are girls.
The OA should be conducted strictly, and no gender bias should be shown.
