Process
I had an assignment which I finished in 20 minutes.
Then, I had an interview with typical, non-technical questions, such as "Why Microsoft?"
After that, I haven't heard back from them.
Questions
The assignment was easy. It was not a problem.

Pros: The best part about working there was the people and the amenities you get (food :p).
Cons: Cons, I would say, are not maintaining the toughness of interviews for all students. After the internship, we were supposed to give interviews for grabbing PPOs. But these interviews varied from very easy to very tough between students, which I feel is not fair.
