Career fair -- basic talk of projects and why Microsoft.
On-campus interview: 1 coding question.
On-site interview: Full day of tech interviews and 1 personality interview.
Microsoft paid for travel and room/board in Redmond with an allocated amount of money for meals and sightseeing. Overall, it was a great process, but I later found that they choose approximately 1 in 50 applicants. Knowing this now, I wouldn't have been as laid back about it as I was.
