The first round was more of a behavioral interview. They then asked me to do a bunch of coding questions, such as writing a motor controller from scratch. They also asked some programming questions and questions about my experience.

The interviewer was very polite and patiently listened to me talk about my work experience, personal interests, and career plan. The whole interview lasted 50 minutes, which was a good interview experience.

Microsoft came to our career fair. On campus, they asked about projects, and I received an interview call about two weeks later. The interview happened at the college career center and was based on standard algorithms and data structures questions.
