Cons

Many terrible managers use vindictive tactics to manage staff, e.g., Yossi Dahar. Constant sales pressure distorts the true aim of the role. The culture is addicted to "kudo awards" which cultivates and encourages bad behaviors, with lots of "throwing people under the bus" to save skin and make others look good.

Advice to Management

Transfer/fire megalomaniac managers who disrupt staff dynamics and increase attrition of good people with solid skills.
