Well-organized. There were 5 rounds of interviews: * 3 technical * 2 non-technical (1 HR). Feedback from all rounds was considered for the results. The complexity was light, and most questions were based on past experiences.
The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was asked to write a program on a whiteboard. I did so while I was on the call with the recruiter. He inquired about validations in the program, in addition to the main logic.
