Satya Nadella not only changed the strategy at Microsoft to be truly cloud-first/mobile-first; he also made it a priority to change and refine the organizational structure in order to best execute on that strategy. Under his leadership, Microsoft has more than tripled in value.

Cons

Still take time to change the organizational culture.
