Not much. The team uses the open bay concept, including line-level management, which is a large culture change for the FTEs. I do not think it fosters more collaboration than smaller offices with one to three people.
Overall, I do not see high stress levels that I have seen in many of my prior MS contracts sprinkled over the last 20 years. Good job!
