Great Pay, Long Hours
A great salary really motivates people to be their best and to work in this company.
Overly worked, times well over 40 hours a week. Sometimes people need a holiday or some time off, but not to lose their job either.
Although the salary is amazing, it would help if people did not feel threatened to speak with management, fearing they would lose their jobs, as there are millions of applicants.

Cloud Solution Architect
Multiple phases, all virtual. They were really good and really required you to do your research! Had a briefing before the interview where I was given the names of those who would be interviewing me, so I could research them on LinkedIn, etc.
Software Engineer
The interview process had multiple rounds. I had to conduct technical and behavioural analysis in the interviews. I also had an in-person presentation on a topic they sent to me in advance of the interview.
Azure ACE Engineer 2
Good, very interesting work. Customer-facing Azure cloud specialist work, dealing with top Azure customers in all verticals. The team is part of the Engineering group with global coverage. Travel is not much required.
