I have been at Microsoft for 3 years. The culture is great, there are a lot of opportunities, and you can move between different teams easily.
The work-life balance is great.
Too many changes happen every year. However, it always feels new. If you are okay with the change, then it's a pro.
Nothing I can think of.
The interview was very straightforward and not complicated. It was 15 minutes long, based on my resume and the role I am applying for. Basic knowledge in Azure, etc., was assessed. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Corporate questions not related to the position, but rather about integration, equality... The interview was supposed to be in English, but in the end it was in French. I was rather disappointed overall.
It was an extensive one that lasted almost a week, with many interviews, few of them in a row. It was hard to know when there was any change or to be in the loop, and HM communication through email was not worth it.
