Pros

Unlimited learning sources and activities, from hackathons and level ups to LinkedIn learnings, etc.

Cons

High performance requirements, which an individual is measured by sales, customer feedback, sharing knowledge with the community, and volunteering contributions for corporate social responsibility. On top of that, there are learning and certification requirements. If you are underperformed, you will be put into a performance improvement program, which impacts you financially (no bonus, no increase, no promotion).

Toxic managers who play favoritism.

Advice to Management

The company has a great culture, but in practice, management and leaders don't do what the company preaches.
