Cons

Cuts last year don’t align with culture messages and create a lot of stress. New procedures are constantly changing, yet leadership scrutinizes them when “incorrectly” applied.

Advice to Management

There are some changes coming from SLT that no one likes, and no one who works the role actually thinks are good. Someone needs to tell the emperor there are no clothes from the OU level up.
