Direct management cannot be trusted, too much corporate game-playing. The message given by the CEO does not apply to the company's day-to-day operations. People's mindsets have not changed enough.

Cloud Architect
The interview was very straightforward and not complicated. It was 15 minutes long, based on my resume and the role I am applying for. Basic knowledge in Azure, etc., was assessed. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
