Plenty of room to focus on the points you want to improve about yourself.
Enjoyable team and colleagues that are a pleasure to work with and learn from.
You do have to really put in effort to pick up projects to work on. However, this reflects the reality of the job, so at the same time, it can be considered a pro. It depends on what you'd like to get out of your internship.
The interview was very straightforward and not complicated. It was 15 minutes long, based on my resume and the role I am applying for. Basic knowledge in Azure, etc., was assessed. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Corporate questions not related to the position, but rather about integration, equality... The interview was supposed to be in English, but in the end it was in French. I was rather disappointed overall.
It was an extensive one that lasted almost a week, with many interviews, few of them in a row. It was hard to know when there was any change or to be in the loop, and HM communication through email was not worth it.
