Employee morale is at an all-time low. Heavily, heavily monitored hourly/daily movement tracked. Excessive, heavy-handed oversight of day-to-day progress.
I don't know that there is an opportunity to contribute. Suggestions are not well received and are often condoned. Implied gratitude, from upper management to the employees, is usually the response.
