Pros

Microsoft provides ideas, great benefits, and training for its employees.

Cons

Microsoft is looking more like Amazon every day. The middle management tier is ineffective in driving sales, and when they do achieve their numbers, they move into a new job. My job was based on Customer Success Outcomes. That changed to Total Revenue Generation. Stack ranking still exists. I cannot wait to move into another company.

Advice to Management

Fire your uneducated leaders who do not understand the technology.
