Travel in this role to client sites. That's a different experience altogether. You get to have customer interaction.
Sometimes the client you are attached to has no work, and most of the times you are sitting idle and just justifying the work you have done.
Keep changing the customer given to one CSAE so that they can get multiple exposures on the plate.
