CSA, CE, and PFE roles are changing
This is a great place to work with good salaries, amazing benefits, and a huge number of very smart people.
Today, in early 2023, the Cloud Solution Architect role (formerly PFE) is changing dramatically. We're now responsible for a double-digit percentage of sales pipeline, and we're moving to partial revenue-based compensation (commission).
They set all this up 9 months ago and just deferred the revenue-based compensation indefinitely. I'm looking for a new position.
