Very high morale on business ethics and also treating employees extremely well (paid days to take care of sick kids, etc., etc.). Market leader and winner in most of the different areas. Well-known brand.
It's a huge organization, so there's a lot of bureaucracy built in. And there are very many people who have been working for MS for decades. Those people pretty often do not understand the world outside of MS. As well, there are still some people with an old approach, like "we are the monopoly and Windows is the one."
