Advice to Management

I was brought into Microsoft with a Red Team, both through Orientation and Boot Camp. I was hired into Technical Sales. During that time, I observed compliance practices which were poor. I observed that sales would lie regarding the use of ECIF funds, and that women were discriminated against, as well as that they were harassed during conferences.

I found that Microsoft is truly the "old boys'" network. When my brother went missing, I was not allowed bereavement leave during the time I asked for it because I was on a project I could not be spared.

When I finally finished, I was terminated. I am in my 50's, I have a disability, and I was fired and not given access to COBRA.
