The culture is not what they advertise it to be. HR cares more about managers than individual contributors. The female managers I came across at this place were the worst managers I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are all petty and highly emotional. I had 6 different female managers during my time here, which isn’t a bad thing at face value. If you don’t agree with something, prepare to have your career ruined. You’ve been warned.
