Freedom, regular trips to the US for training and conferences, loads of time and opportunity to develop, great benefits, good perks, and all office locations are state of the art. You are given at least 3 months to "spin up" before you are really expected to do any work. This is useful due to the amount of internal sites/apps you need to get the hang of to be successful.
Onboarding could be a little more organized, but it's not unusual for a company of this size. Some of the internal systems feel dated, which is surprising.
Improve the onboarding process so that it's easier to get going in a new role.
Multiple phases, all virtual. They were really good and really required you to do your research! Had a briefing before the interview where I was given the names of those who would be interviewing me, so I could research them on LinkedIn, etc.
Included a recruiter screen, a technical round on Azure architecture, a loop of 4–5 interviews covering design, consulting, and behavioral skills, and a hiring manager discussion focused on customer engagement and past experience.
They asked me a lot of questions: how I would talk to a customer and how I will deal with conflict situations. I also had a case study for an hour.
