Great if you are early in your career. The people who work at the company are great. Flexible schedule. Overall compensation is okay.

Compensation doesn't scale well, and loyalty is not rewarded. Impact is based on box ticking, and not real performance. You are more likely to get promoted or hired if you are a diverse hire.

They have started hiring a lot more junior staff with very little focus on providing training or opportunities for more senior staff. The view of the SLT doesn't reflect the values of the company. Integrity, trust, and transparency are not shown, and actions rarely affect the interest of the employees or the customers. It's all about driving the stock price and making the company more money. You are just a number.

It's really difficult to progress in your role or move to different roles, and non-revenue driving roles are regularly let go, so there is little job security.
