In sales roles, there is a relentless focus on reporting. Unrealistic recent sales targets in the cloud business are getting to be silly. A minor gripe: having the UK main office in Reading is a pain. It's hard to get to and miles from all our customers, so you always end up trying to arrange meetings in the London office, which is massively overcrowded.
