Great company culture that promotes a growth mindset and helps you pursue your passions (when you are young, mostly).

Cons

The Customer Success Unit (CSU) at MS Federal has really become a glorified sales role.

Value-Based Deliveries are not the way most Federal government agencies operate. They focus on budget periods. Outcomes are a nice-to-have.

Advice to Management

If you wanted the CSA role at MS Federal to be exactly like what it is on the commercial side of the house, that's fine. Just roll MS Federal back into commercial and stop pretending you even know (or care) how the Federal government buys services and software.
