Poorly thought-out, over-engineered products. Proprietary technology. Closed (Microsoft-only) mind-set (despite claims to the contrary). Low barriers to entry, high barriers to exit. Bloated, self-serving middle-management. Apparent annual routine cull of 10% of the workforce.
I know you're wedded to your comfortable salaries, etc., and you have to protect that by bullying your direct reports. But know that the machine could turn on you too, and most of you are unemployable outside a Microsoft environment. So a bit of humanity towards the people who justify your positions would go a long way.
