Pros

Terrific benefits, with unlimited "discretionary time off," wellness perks, and much more.

Many learning opportunities to grow within your role.

There are also a lot of ways to connect with your team, and there is never a shortage of work - you will never be bored!

Cons

After Microsoft acquired the company I previously worked for, the organizational changes rolled through in waves, causing a sense of instability for employees. (This was not unfounded, as evidenced by multiple rounds of layoffs).

Movement to a new position or role within the company is difficult without knowing someone who can facilitate the transition.
