The process was fair. They asked some questions about the computer, myself, Microsoft as a company, what they do, and what they thought I could do for them if I got the position.

Tough initial screening. Submitted my first application, and it took around two to three weeks to hear back. I had to reach out to hear back when I was told I did not get the job.
