Great Pay, Annoying Seniors
Free food, nice benefits, great pay, excellent research, interesting people, nice atmosphere. The hours are usually flexible, and working from home is soon becoming a new normal.
It is hard to criticize something a senior has done wrong. This only applies to a few select individuals and they are the exception, not the norm. With these kinds of people, there is an aura of smugness, and they literally can't admit they were wrong. These people could be found in any company, though.
