• Partiality in stock allocation across timezones.
• Too much hatred and personal vendetta among people.
• Just showing off work will get you promotion and recognition.
• Leadership remains mum even when genuine issues are raised.
• No job security at all.
• SLT is useless, as they all just see numbers, but no real efforts.
• Don't fall into the trap of a big brand name; there are other companies giving much more.
• HR is more like an executioner, just reading out the decisions of higher management.

At least listen to employees when they come with a discussion.
