Data Engineer
Completed a coding test and three rounds of interviews. Contacted via a third party. The interview went well. The last management round panel said I was a good fit. Then they ghosted and did not give an offer. A waste of time.

The process was tough but fair. There were: * Two medium/hard SQL questions * One easy LeetCode-style question * One system design problem I talked to three people in total for the interview.

Good process, highly technical, but skilled staff will gently guide you towards the correct thinking to arrive at the conclusion you think is most applicable. All digital, no in-person for early stages (though this might be different later).
