Tedious, ugly, and unrepresentative of any real work. I would never, ever recommend Microsoft to any sane person. Terrible company that makes you work overtime! People leading projects are even worse, micromanaging everyone!

The first part was an HR interview, then a technical interview. During the process, I received an offer from a different company and decided to sign with them, so I stopped the process with this company.

Consisted of four rounds of interviews, each targeting different aspects such as personality, skillset, teamwork, problem-solving, and more. I learned a lot from the experience that I will be able to take into future interviews to get myself a job.
