Microsoft is a great place to work if you are a software developer.
Recently, they fired most of Nuance employees (which was bought a year ago), especially all SRE and DevOps personnel.

Tedious, ugly, and unrepresentative of any real work. I would never, ever recommend Microsoft to any sane person. Terrible company that makes you work overtime! People leading projects are even worse, micromanaging everyone!
