First round phone call with the talent team. We discussed their experience and the roles they have in the space. Then, we moved on to some technical questions and talked about the rest of the interview process.

This was a standard coding screen: a technical coding challenge with your language of choice (I used Python) in a CoderPad-like editor. This followed an initial recruiter screen, which was just to make sure the resume and job matched.
