The initial screening was based on typical generic questions and an explanation of my experience. I didn't pass it, though, as my experience didn't meet the years required for the position. The process was fair.

I was initially contacted through LinkedIn by a third-party recruiter and scheduled a phone screen, which went well. After two or three weeks, I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager. It was a Skype interview, and we had a nice conversation

The overall arrangement from pre-interview to interview was very smooth. The Regional HR team was professional and able to ask meaningful questions that were related to the role. The team also offered a very nice follow-up.
