The work-life balance should be much better than at startups or Facebook. The payment is not too bad. It's not very stressful to work here.
It's hard to move up. The stock is not much. Overall, the payment is just at the industrial average level. Sometimes, it feels boring.
You should have better motivation incentives for your employees.
