Poor corporate culture, people being constantly shuffled around, and plans changed, but not for the better. Abysmal engineering practices, lackluster discipline, and bureaucracy.
Fewer managers, please.
Multiple phases, all virtual. They were really good and really required you to do your research! Had a briefing before the interview where I was given the names of those who would be interviewing me, so I could research them on LinkedIn, etc.
The interview process had multiple rounds. I had to conduct technical and behavioural analysis in the interviews. I also had an in-person presentation on a topic they sent to me in advance of the interview.
Good, very interesting work. Customer-facing Azure cloud specialist work, dealing with top Azure customers in all verticals. The team is part of the Engineering group with global coverage. Travel is not much required.
