There were five interviews with many engineers and a manager. They covered general Azure topics and backend development knowledge. Security and networking were also covered. AI solutions were a topic covered during the interview.

The hiring process is inconsistent; one team can have significantly different ideas of what they want in a candidate, even for the same title, depending on who is in the decision-making process.

The interview was straightforward and easy because the questions were clear, the interviewer was friendly, and the conversation flowed naturally. It felt more like a discussion than a test, making it stress-free.
