Benefits are great. Pay can be great, depending on the area. Most of the people on the engineering side of the business are intelligent and great to work with and learn from.
The culture can be less than desirable. If you can read news headlines on weird stuff Microsoft pushes out, there are, of course, internal dilemmas and moral sidelining arguments everywhere. Also, another company suffering from going "woke." And, of course, recently, bonuses were revoked despite record profits.
