You get a chance to work with a lot of great people and Microsoft, helping a lot of organizations through giving campaigns. The salary and benefit package is also very good.
This is a too big company. If you don't have a career plan, it is easy to get lost in this company.
More management training sessions should be available to employees. We see lots of trainings on the technical side and management side, but we have very limited training sessions.
