Excellent working environment with supremely talented team players. I worked in a role called Escalation Engineering, which is a high-level, customer-facing support role. Microsoft can offer you the ability to work with new technologies extremely early in the product life cycle. My cons are very minor; working at Microsoft was a fantastic experience. I learned a fantastic amount, from how to deal with customers all the way through to how to debug Windows.
It was always very busy, and Microsoft, as a big business, tended to lose focus on its customers.
