Friendly and smart coworkers – a pleasure to work with. Interesting and challenging work.
As a contractor, I had no complaints. I attended very few meetings, and those I attended were focused and a good use of our time. But it seemed to me that the full-time engineers I worked with spent an inordinate amount of time in large meetings that were not an efficient use of the attendees' time.
Encourage managers to hold fewer, smaller, more focused meetings. Let the engineers do their jobs!
