The interview started with a deep dive into my C, RTOS, and debugging skills. I shared my hardware project experience and walked the team through resolving a tricky memory leak.

Technical phone screen followed by standard rounds of a full loop. Two technical coding rounds and two design rounds. No separate behavioral round, but related behavioral questions were blended into the design rounds.

It was a video interview. The interviewer did not turn on his camera but asked me to open mine. The worst part was that the interviewer did not even have a copy of my resume, even though I had attached it in my application.
