I had one short phone call with HR, and two technical interviews via Teams, each one hour long. It took them about two weeks to come back with the results.

Pretty much any other interview, I was called early in the morning. I had to wait for hours and hours. Finally, some developer came. I was interviewed at Microsoft IDC and asked two questions. Both were easy. I believe I'm good enough in what I know

Microsoft coding interviews are really challenging. The questions are difficult, specific to Microsoft, and cover a wide range of topics. The good news is that the right preparation can make a big difference.
