Very good compensation, accommodation, and transport facility. Work-life balance.
Not so friendly seniors in some teams.
No motivation for developing those products which hardly anyone is going to use, e.g., Microsoft Edge, Bing, etc.
Assign some relevant work and teams to the interns rather than putting them on debugging the code.
