Pros

Flexible work location and hours, devotion to skill development in employees.

Cons

Artificially induced skillsets or projects to increase job security. Some seem to have a "work more, think less" approach. Although they are flexible with work/life balance on paper, it feels like it's discouraged to utilize the benefit.
